📝 Ingredients:

  • 4-5 slices of bread (white, brown, or multigrain)

  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)

  • 1 small tomato (chopped)

  • ½ cup capsicum (chopped, optional)

  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)

  • 5-6 curry leaves

  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds

  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Fresh coriander (chopped, for garnish)

Step 1: Toast and Cut the Bread
