🥗 Quick & Easy Chana Chaat Recipe
✅ Ingredients (serves 2–3):

1.5 cups boiled chickpeas (chana)

1 small onion, chopped
-
1 tomato, chopped
-
1 boiled potato, diced (optional)
-
1 green chili, chopped (optional, for heat)

2–3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
-
½ tsp chaat masala
-
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
-
Salt, to taste
-
½ tsp lemon juice (or more if you like it tangy)

Tamarind or mint chutney (1–2 tsp, optional)
🥄 Instructions:

In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas, onion, tomato, and boiled potato.

Sprinkle in salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin, and chopped green chili.

Add lemon juice and give everything a good mix.

Drizzle some tamarind or mint chutney if you like extra tang and flavor.

Top with fresh coriander and serve!
🌟 Tips:

Want it crunchy? Add sev, crushed papdi, or pomegranate seeds on top.

No boiled chickpeas? Use canned chickpeas—just rinse and drain them.
