🥗 Quick & Easy Chana Chaat Recipe




Ingredients (serves 2–3):

  • 1.5 cups boiled chickpeas (chana)

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1 boiled potato, diced (optional)

  • 1 green chili, chopped (optional, for heat)

  • 2–3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

  • ½ tsp chaat masala

  • ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder

  • Salt, to taste

  • ½ tsp lemon juice (or more if you like it tangy)

  • Tamarind or mint chutney (1–2 tsp, optional)


🥄 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas, onion, tomato, and boiled potato.

  2. Sprinkle in salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin, and chopped green chili.

  3. Add lemon juice and give everything a good mix.

  4. Drizzle some tamarind or mint chutney if you like extra tang and flavor.

  5. Top with fresh coriander and serve!


🌟 Tips:

  • Want it crunchy? Add sev, crushed papdi, or pomegranate seeds on top.

  • No boiled chickpeas? Use canned chickpeas—just rinse and drain them.

  • Make it a meal by stuffing it in a wrap or pita!
