Chilli Potatoes recipe in 10 minutes 



Ingredients

1. Potatoes: 2-3 large, peeled and cut into finger-shaped strips

2. Vegetable Oil: for frying

3. Garlic: 2-3 cloves, minced

4. Ginger: 1-inch piece, grated

5. Green Chillies: 2-3, chopped

6. Red Chilli Sauce: 2-3 tablespoons

7. Soy Sauce: 1-2 tablespoons

8. Tomato Ketchup: 1-2 tablespoons

9. Salt: to taste

10. Black Pepper: to taste

11. Spring Onions: chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Fry Potatoes: Heat oil in a pan and fry potato strips until crispy and golden brown. Drain excess oil.

2. Prepare Sauce: In a separate pan, heat some oil and sauté minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chillies.

3. Add Sauces: Add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup. Stir well.

4. Combine Potatoes and Sauce: Add fried potatoes to the sauce pan and toss until potatoes are well coated.

5. Season: Add salt and black pepper to taste.

6. Garnish: Sprinkle chopped spring onions (if using).

7. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!

1. Adjust Spice Level: Adjust the amount of red chilli sauce according to your desired spice level.
